I know this is a bit of a stretch, but would anyone know how to tailor fit a guitar?
I’m making a custom handmade guitar for a girl, and I want it to fit her like a glove. I think most guitars are sold as Small, Medium, Large, etc, but I want this guitar to be tailor made for her.
For her specific measurements if that makes sense.
But I also don’t know what measurements I need to look at to make sure it is tailor made to fit her, and what the corresponding guitar features I need to look at.

I’d say figure out what scale length will work best for her to start with, and then buy a kit guitar neck the right length for that and make the body. You might just get a kit for the whole guitar and then either router/beltsand the body to exactly the right shape or use the body blank as a template for something new. GuitarFetish has some blank do-it-yourselfer kits, just as one example, though I don’t remember if they offer flexible scale length options.

I’d echo what RamblinRover said. Scale length is going to be most important. If it’s too long, nothing else is going to matter. Once you have that determined, you’ll be a lot more free to custom fit the body to her preference.

The problem is I’m doing a custom body style, head stock, fret and everything, so I don’t have anything to go off of as far as harmonics go...
Right now, I’m essentially making a very modified Telecaster design. Im going to use the electronics, pickups, and the scale length of a telecaster.
The body is like a mix of Telecaster, Jazzmaster, stratomaster, and a bit of the special edition offset telecaster...
But I’m really looking at figuring out how to make the body best suit her.

Well, she knows how to play a telecaster so that’s my base for scale length. I’m most concerned about getting the body to fit her properly. Its nothing to crazy and insane, but I want it to be tailor made to suit her.
